Exchange Return Policy

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED GOODS:

We strive to ensure that all of our products undergo rigorous quality testing for defects, but few may go unnoticed. If any of our jewelry item delivered to you turns out to be defective, which is very unlikely, please note that you can only return them to us within (insert no. of days) days from the day you received the products. You need to send us a video of unboxing at (insert email) as soon as you receive your order and we will replace them as soon as possible. PRODUCT COLOURS:

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors you see when you view the products online as the depth and resolution of every computer or mobile screen is different.

Return/Cancellation Policy:-

We accept returns & cancellations only in the following cases.

You received a damaged product or a different product than what you ordered.

Report to us within 24 hours via email with pictures/videos of the damaged or mis-shipped product.

After approval of the return, we will offer you an exchange.

Returns should be sent by reputable courier services, returns should be sent in the original packaging and the cost should be borne by the buyer.

General Instructions

All the orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not available due to unforeseen circumstances after you place your order - our team will notify you and will make sure to refund you the total amount of your order to the account used during the payment.

Delivery Location

All the jewelry items available on our website are available for delivery, Pan-India. Very soon we will start delivering internationally too.

Delivery Time

When you place your order an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Please note that delivery times are estimated from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

The delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, your delivery location, and the items ordered. Sometimes the products may also be delivered in separate shipments. In some cases it might take longer to dispatch the shipment, the same will be communicated to the buyer;

The minimum delivery time will be 48 hours and the maximum delivery time would be 3 weeks.

Damaged Items in Transport

In case there is any damage to the product on delivery, contact us immediately at the contact details provided below. As a customer must check the product/s for damage upon receiving it. If the package has extensive visible damage, you are requested to contact us within 24 hrs. Our liability for damaged delivery ends once you sign the receipt without any remarks.
